Meet local businesses, Chamber members, and hiring employers at the 2025 Business Showcase & Hiring Event! This event gives local businesses a unique opportunity to showcase themselves and what they have to offer—not only to the Poway community, but to the entire surrounding region as well.
A Hiring Event has been incorporated into the program. If you’re looking for employment, you won’t want to miss this FREE event! The public is cordially invited to attend. (For businesses: Hiring is optional; this event simply offers a chance to connect with potential candidates if interested. Member businesses that are hiring are encouraged to add a Job Posting to the Chamber website.)
The 2025 Business Showcase & Hiring Event will feature vendors from a wide variety of industries, including healthcare, corporations, small businesses, non-profits, and more. Whether you’re seeking employment or simply curious to learn more about the many businesses that call Poway and North County home, be sure to join us on August 25th.
We are also excited to welcome the Poway Sheriff’s Department, who will be on hand to connect with our community. The Poway Station will host a resource table featuring valuable employment information and materials from JoinSDSheriff.net. In addition, a deputy and patrol car will be available to answer your questions about law enforcement and public safety. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the Sheriff’s Department, explore career and volunteer opportunities, and engage with those who serve our community.
In addition, we’re thrilled to announce that the Poway Fire Department will be joining us at the event! A fire engine, paramedic ambulance, shift Battalion Chief, Deputy Fire Chief, and Fire Chief Brian Mitchell will all be in attendance. The team is excited to offer guided fire engine tours for anyone interested. The Poway Fire Department is also actively recruiting for Firefighter/Paramedic positions. If you or someone you know is interested, be sure to speak with Fire Chief Brian Mitchell at the event to learn more about prerequisites and the application process.
